ORAL ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue.
According to the petitioner, she along with her husband, namely, Sri Barla Raghupathi Reddy have purchased the land admeasuring Ac.1.3l guntas in Sy.No.22l/N3 and Ac.l.20 guntas in Sy.No.l42 lAN3 and other lands, situated at patloor Village, Marpally Mandal, Vikarabad District, under the registered sale deed bearing Document No. I 50g of 201 7. dated 25.03.2011.In proof of the same, they have filed copies of old pattadar passbooks, registered sale deeds, pahanies for some years, etc. The said land is not mutated in the name of the petitioner and the same is also missing in Bhu Bharati portal. Therefore, she has submitted online application bearing Nos.2500088279 and 2500009337, dated 29.07.2025 and 25.06.2025 respectively, seeking mutation, rectification of wrong entries and for issuance of pattadar passbrrok in respect of the subject property. Despite receiving and a,:l.:nowledging the said online applications, respondent No.4 dir rlot act upon the same. It is the speciflc contention of the petir ioner that the subject property was mutated in the name of ir-i Kotapally Shankar, S/o Bbtapally Balappa, who has issued '.Declaration- cum-No Objection' fbr deletion of his name in respect of the subject prope(y. Even then, respondent No.4 is r rr. proceeding further. Aggrir:ved by the said inaction of resJr,11flsnt No.4, petitioner filed the present writ petition

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for [(evenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.4 w.ill consider and dispose ol'the said online applications sub-.r.Ltted by the petitioner stric,tly in accordance with law b1 putting the petitioner, Sri K.otapally Shankar and all interesr :d parties on notice and affo'ding them an opportunity.
4. In the light of the said submissions, this W ir petition is disposed of dirccting respondent No.4 to consid rr the online -//
application bearing Nos.2500088279 and 2500009337, dared 29.07.2025 and 25.06.2025 respectively, submitted by the petitioner seeking mutation, rectification of wrong entries and also for issuance ofpattadar passbook in her favour in respect of the subject property, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner, Sri Kotapally Shankar and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. However, he shall complete the said exercise within sixty (60) days from the date ofreceipt ofa copy ofthis order. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
