Petition Under Article 226 of lhe constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents No.3 to 5 and their staff, without any notice, information and any due process of law, on 22.09.2025, in trying to conduct the survey, fixing the boundaries, aiding and helping the unofficial respondents, when the same was resisted, then by way of threatening the writ petitioner and his family members to make an application for survey and forcible taken him to lVleeseva, but fortunately the online server was down, in order to cause hardship and take out the possession or gain monitory benefits by the official respondents under the pressure of political influence and instigation of unofficial respondents, over the land admeasuring Ac. 1-00 Guntas., (4840 sq.

unconstitutional and consequentially direct the Respondent No.3 to 5, in case, had any statutory obligation or illegality on the face of the writ petitioner and his family, let be followed due procedure of law and may not to be disturbed in any illegal manner, over the subject property.

Petition Under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to pass interim directions on the Respondent No.3 to 5, not to conduct any survey, fix the boundaries, without any due procedure of law and not to be disturbed in any illegal manner, overthe subject property i.e. land admeasuring Ac. 1-00 Guntas., (4880 sq. yards.,), in Sy. No.138 and 139, Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. I to 5.

The petitioner herein claims to be the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.5-24 guntas in Survey Nos.138

and 139, situated at Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the same, he has filed copies of the old passbook and title deeds. It is the specific cohtention of the petitioner that, on 22.09.2025, respondent Nos.3 to 5 came to the site and tried to conduct survey without issuing any notice to the petitioner and affording him an opportunity. A specific assertion to this effect is made in the writ affidavit. In paragraph No.3 of the writ affidavit, he has specifically stated that the petitioner has obtained conversion proceedings dated 26.09.2018, converting the said land from agricultural to non-agricultural.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the subject property is located in I

Kokapet, and that if any survey is to be conducted, respondent Nos.3 to 5 will issue notice to the petitioner and afford him an opportunity

4. In light of the aforesaid discussion, this Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 to 5 not to conduct any survey in respect of the aforesaid property without issuing notice to the petitioner and affording him an opportunity. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, rniscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
