Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.Somaiah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.02 guntas, as she sold 4c.0.25 guntas out of Ac.0.27 guntas, in the year 2004, in Sy.No.73l and Ac.0.33 guntas in Sy.No .732/RtJ situated at chikatimamidi village, Bommalaramaram Mandal, yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, under a registered sare deed bearing No.2025 of 20t04. In the rarest passbook Ac.O.[2guntas in Sy.No.73l is missing and Ac.0.03 guntas is shown less. In proof of the same, she has fired copies of ord and latest pattadar passbook and title deed. Therefore, there is wrong entry. She has submitted online application during Revenue Sadassu vide I.D.No-3,070120004, dated rg.06.2025, ro !

with a request to correct the aforesaid wrong entry, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. on receipt of the said online application, the competent Authority shall consider and dispose of the same, strictly in accordance with [aw, within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the said online application. If the Competent Authority is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
