Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue appearing forrespondentNos. I to 4.

The petitioner has filed a suit in O.S. No. 453 of 2025 on the hle of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, seeking declaration to declare the registered Gift Settlement Deed bearing Document No. gl90 of 1996, dated 10.10.1996, as null and void and not binding on the plaintiff. The petitioner has also sought partition of the suit schedule property, i.e., land admeasuring Ac.l-36 guntas in Sy.No.602k9/1, situated at Janwada Village, Shankarpalle Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The said suit is stilt pending. The petitioner has also filed an lnterlocutory Application, vide I.A.No.l20g of 2025, seeking temporary injunction restraining the defendants therein from alienating the subject property, altering iS physical features, or creating any encumbrance in favour of third parties. There are no

interim orders and the said interlocutory applic rtion is also pending

During the pendency of the said suit anc. interlocutory application, the petitioner has submitted a repres( rtation dated 01.09.2025 to respondent No.3 with a request r include the subject property in the list of prohibitory propertir:r iCourt Cases Module. Despite receiving and acknowledgi rg the said representation, respondent No.3 did not act upr n the same.

Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No. , the present writ petition is f,rled.

4. As discussed supra, the aforesaid suit iled by the petitioner and interlocutory application are admil :dly pending before the trial Court. During the pendency of th,: said suit and interlocutory application, the petitioner camr t submit a representation to respondent No.3 with a request 1r include the subject property in the list of prohibitory propertit:r /Court Cases Module and then file the present writ petition illeging non- consideration of the said application. The peti ioner has to pursue the interlocutory application and suit, up tn obtaining appropriate orders, he has to approach respondi nt No.3, for

implementation of such orders. Therefore, the pefitioner is not entitled to any relief, much less the relief sought in the present writ petition, and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shafl be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
