leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the resPondents.

The Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac'l-10 guntas in Sy.No.20l1/2, situated at Mandal, Nalgonda District ChinthaPallY Village, Peddavoora In proof of the same, she has filed copies of the latest passbook and title deeds' . She has submitted F-Line application bearing No'DER022501210575' dated 01.08.2025, to respondent No'4, with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries' Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-Line application'

respondent No.4 did not act upon the same' Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, the petitioner has filed the present writ petltlon

consider the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner strictly tn accordance with law

In the light of the said submissions, this Writ petition is disposed ot, directing respondent No.4 to consider the F-Line apprication bearing No. DER02250r2r0575, dated 01.08.2025, submitted by the petitioner with a request to conduct a survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries, strictly in ac<;ordance with law, by putting the petitioner and all interested pamies on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.4 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass orders assigning specific reasons and communtcate a copy of the same to the petitioner. He shall complete the entire exercise within forty_five (45) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shail be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petlttons pending, if any, shall stand closed.
