THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.29008 of 2025 ORAL RDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents

2. Petitioner herein is claiming that it is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.5-00 gts in Sy.Nos.l267/AA, 126310o, 1,2631A, l264lEE and l263lE, situated at Nandigam Village, Kottur Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District. In proof of the same, it has filed copies of the sale deed and conversion proceedings dated 23.05.2011. It has sought for survey from respondent No.4, who has entrusted the said survey to respondent No.5 and respondent No.5 has issued notices dated 20.02.2024 and 07.06.2024, fixing the survey on 11.03.2024 and 31.07.2024, but he has not conducted the survey and concluded the same. Challenging the said action of respondent Nos.4 and 5, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3. The aforesaid notices are of the year 2024. Petitioner has to submit fresh F-Line application in terms of the Telangana Bhu

Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 to the respondent No.4 along with atl the relevant documents with a specific request to conCuct sun'ey, demarcate the aforesaid property by fixing the boundaries. On receipt of the same, respondent No.4 has to consider the same.

4. tn the light of the same, this writ petition is disposed of, grantirg liberty to the petitioner to submit fresh F-Line application to resp,ondent No.4 along with all the relevant documents with a specifi: request to conduct survey, demarcate the aforesaid propefiy by fixing the boundaries and on receipt of the same, respon,lent No.4 shall consider and conduct survey within 45 working days from the date of receipt of copy of the said F-Line application. [f, respondent No.4 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass a reasoned order, commr.nicate copy of the said order to the petitioner.
