ORDER
Heard Sri Papaiah Peddakula, leamed counsel lor the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, leamed Asst.Govt. Pleader lor Revenue.

The petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Ac. 1.34 guntas in Sy.Nos.45lA, 45lAl, 451A2, 47/Al, 471A2 and 481A, 48lAl and 48/42 situated at Padamatisomaram Village, Bibinagr Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District. In proof olthe same, they have filed copies of old and latest pattadar passbooks. I'hey have filed a suit vide O.S.No.762020 against 3'd respondent for perpetual injunction. Learned trial court granted temporary injunction. The petitioners are in possession of the said property. Even then, the subject property is mentioned in the list of prohibitory properties. Therefore, they are seeking to declare the inaction of lespondents tn deleting the aforesaid subject property lrorn the list ol prohibitory properties.

However, as per Schedule-A of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2024 (lor short, 'the Rules, 2024'), the petitioners have to submit online application enclosing relevant docunrents ivith thc 2'"1 respondent/District Collector, with a request to delete thc subject l)ropert), tiom the list of prohibitory properties. on receipt ol the said apprication, 2nd respbndent sha[ consider the same and disposc it ol'f in accordance with larv.
1. Ms. G.Sirrdhur.i. learred counsel appearing lor 5,r, resp.ndenl, on insrructions, rvould submit that the petitioners have alreadl sold the subject propety to 5'l' respondent. However, it is ror the cornpetcnt authoritv to consider the said aspects.
