Petitioner herein has submitted F-L I e application No.DER02250l t63093 dated 17.Q4.2025 with rt spondent No'4 seeking survey of Acs.800-00 gts in Sy'No' 8, situated at Yathalakunta Village, Sathupalli Mandal, Khar rmam Distirct' Though, he has contended that he is owner and J ossessor of the said land, he has not hled any document in proof c lthe same' He has filed copies of pahanies for some years i'e', l') i8-89, 2012-13' Without hling proper documents, he cannot I eek survey of Acs.800-00 gts in Sy.No'78 of Yathatakunta Vi lrge' Petitioner cannot seek innocuous retief for consideratior' of his F-Line application to respondent No.4. He has to mak': out a case and obtain an order.
