ORDER:
Heard IWs Indus Law Firm, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Asst.Govt.Pleader for Revenue.
2. The petitioner herein is claiming that it is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.8.00 guntas in Sy.No.45lpart (45lAA), Ac.15.07 gutnas in Sy.No.46lpart (461A), Ac.20.t5 guntas in Sy.No.326lpart (32618) in total Ac.43.22 guntas situated at Nyalata Village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (subject property) on the strength of registered sale deed bearing document No.6537 of 2015 dated 05.11.2015- However, it has not obtained old and proceedings. [t latest Passbooks. It has not mutatton has submitted F-line apptication vide Id.No.TTDER022501210835, dated 08.02-2025 with 3'd respondent with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subiect property t' by fixing boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said applicatiotr, 3'o respondent did not act upon the same' Aggrieved by the said inaction of 3'd respondent, the petitiontr filed the present writ PE filed a, \ \ I Il I petition.
3. whereas, learned Asst. Govt. pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the subject property has already been converted from agriculture to non-agriculture. flowever, 3'd respondent will consider F-Line application and dispose it of strictly in accordance with law. 4- In the light of the said discussion, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3'd respondent to consider the said F-Line application vide Id.No.TTDER02250t2rOgi5, dared 0g.02.2a25 submitted by the petitioner conduct survey, demarcate the subject propefty by fixing boundaries strictry in accordance with law by putting the petitioner and interested parties on notice and affording .them an opportunity. If 3'd respondent is not incrined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shail pass a reaso[red order and oommunicate a copy of the same to the petitioner.
