take the half-yearly.a99ounts of the subject company (in liquidation) for the perrod from 01.10.2023 to 31.03.2024, aiong with independent Auditors' Report dated 31 .05.202s submitted on og.oo.zozs by M/s KBS. & Associates, chartered Accountants on record and permission may be accorded to make the payment of audit fee of Rs.500/_ plus GST
to the said auditor.

cost of this apprrcation (cou't fee stamps.and Notary charges etc,,) may be permitted to be met out by the officiar Liquidator trorn-tne ,rrirrbtu funds of the company (in riquidation) or Estate and Estabrishment Fund account if no fund is avairabre in the company's account, subject to reimbursement of the same from the funds of iompany (in liqnj upon realization of assets of the Company (in liqn), if any.
This application coming on for orders, upon reading the Judge's summons and the affidavit dated 01.08.2025 filed by Sri Uttam Kumar sahoo, official Liquidator attached to the High court for the state of relangana, in support of the company Application and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J.sreenath Reddy, Advocate for the Official Liquidator for the Applicant.

ORDER:
Heard Sri J.sreenath Reddy, leamed counsel lc' the Official Liquidator.
2. Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in t re supporting affidavit, and upon considering the half-yearly accoun s filed by the learned Official Liquidator, this application is ort t red with the following:-
a. The half-yearly accounts of the subject Compan u, which is in liquidation for the period from 01.10.2023 to 31 ( 3.2024,along with the Auditor's Report dated 31.05,2025 submitted on 09.06.2025 by M/s.KBS & Associates, Chartenr Accountants, are taken on record
b.
