Counsel for the petitioner states that action has been taken by the respondents in regard to control of rash and negligent driving in the new NH 208A in the Unakoti District and that the measures indicated in the affidavit filed by the Deputy Secretary, PWD (R&B), Government of Tripura, the Director General of Police, State of Tripura and the Under Secretary of Urban Development Department, Tripura are adequate for the present and no further orders are necessary.
In this view of the matter, this PIL is disposed of.
