By this prayer the accused has challenged the order passed by the Ld. Sessions Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar dated 10.04.2026, whereby prayer for custody trial of the applicant by the I.O was allowed. Said petition is merged with the original bail application No.94 of 2026 wherein the merit of the petition will be considered.
