Learned P.P. Mr. R. Datta is present for the State. Today also none appears on behalf of the present petitioner. The present petitioner filed one petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 corresponding to Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 11.02.2026 passed by Learned J.M. 1st Class, (Court No.3), Agartala, West Tripura in connection with Case No.2025 NCC 087 under Section29(3)/117(2)/351(3)/308(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. So after hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner matter was posted for hearing and accordingly the connected case record of AB No.16 of 2026 was called for. On the last occasion Learned Counsel Mr. Saugat Datta appeared for the 2026:THC:666 TRHC010005702026 ge 2 of 2
petitioner and submitted that he himself and Learned Counsel Mr. Narasingha Das has retired from the case and the case was posted till today for engagement of any other Counsel by the petitioner. But today also none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter and accordingly the same stands dismissed. The record of connected AB No.16 of 2026 also be returned back to the Section.
