Heard learned counsel of both sides. It appears that after the bail application is filed, the charge sheet is already submitted and along with the same a petition for the custody trial of the accused is also filed. Mr. Samrat Ghosh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that for around 84 days the accused is in custody. Therefore, the custody trial petition should be disposed of at the earliest possible opportunity.

Mr. Raju Datta, learned Public Prosecutor, submits that the matter may be referred to the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Gomati District, Udaipur, for early disposal of the custody trial petition. Considered. The instant bail petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Special Judge (POCSO), Gomati District, Udaipur, to make all endeavors to dispose of the petition for custody trial by 25th May, 2026. Registry will return the Trial Court records by tomorrow positively.
Re-consign the case diary to learned Public Prosecutor with copy of this order.
