Heard Ld. Counsel of both sides.
Ld. Counsel Mr. Arijit Bhaumik of the petitioner submits that already an appeal has been filed and the same is listed for admission in the appropriate bench and in that circumstance, he is not pressing the contempt petition. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again after disposal of said appeal, if cause of action regarding contempt further subsist.
Considered.
Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
