Learned Counsels of both the parties are present. It is informed by Learned Counsel, Mr. A. Pal before this Court that as per terms of settlement dated 09.05.2026 only Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) is paid out of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) till May, 2026. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall clear the balance amount shortly. The present petitioner challenged the order dated 28.08.2025 passed in Misc. Case No.592 of 2024. Since, the dispute has been settled amongst the parties through Lok Adalat Pag e 2026:THC:700 TRHC010021072025
f 2 on 09.05.2026, so nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this case stands disposed of. However, the petitioner shall ensure the order dated 09.05.2026 on or before the next hearing of the main case pending before the Court of Learned Addl. Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura. With this observation, this petition stands disposed of. Send down the copy of this order along with a copy of order dated 09.05.2026 and the settlement form if any to the Learned Trial Court alongwith case record, if any. Pending application(s), if any, accordingly stands disposed of.
