Order

28/04/2026

This application is filed under Section 419(3) BNSS for granting special leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 26.09.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (NDPS), West Tripura, Agartala, in case No. Special(NDPS) 30 of 2025. Due to heavy rain in Agartala, learned counsel for the appellant was unable to attend the Court. It is seen from the office note that notice has been duly served upon the respondent. Today when the matter is called upon the respondent remained unrepresented despite service of notice. We have perused the record. For the reasons stated in the accompanied affidavit filed in support of this application, leave is granted. Accordingly, the application is allowed and, thus disposed of.
