Order

23/04/2026

When the matter is called upon, both sides are present. Ms. S. Deb, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant has already completed his eight years of conviction in terms of judgment and sentence dated 20.03.2019, and, thus, the instant appeal has become infructuous. Considered the submission. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication any further. Accordingly, the instant criminal appeal stands disposed as infructuous.
