Seen the Note of the registry. The connected Bail Application No.66 of 2026 is now pending before the Court of Hon’ble Mr. Justice S. D. Purkayastha (Court No.3) and as per observation of the Hon’ble Chief Justice, the connected Criminal Petition No. 22/2026 which was pending before this Court, is also required to be heard by the said Bench.
In view of the above, Registry be asked to list the connected Criminal Petition No. 22/2026 which was pending before this
Court, before the Court of Hon’ble Mr. Justice S. D. Purkayastha (Court No.3) for disposal.
