Mr. A.L Saha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-bank upon instruction places written communication of the bank duly signed by him which is placed on record and the same is also served to the petitioner counsel, wherein it has been observed that the grievance of the petitioner has been attended by the bank and his account has also been de-freezed . Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this instant petition.
In view of the above observation, this present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
