Heard both sides.
This application is filed seeking transfer of T.S.(RCR) No.58 of 2025 from the Court of Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati Tripura.
Notice in this application had been issued to the respondent on 28.01.2026 and notice has been served.
Ms. Mismi Debbarma, counsel, entered appearance for the respondent and stated today that the respondent has no objection for the transfer of the said case from the Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura to the Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati Tripura.
Accordingly, T.S. (RCR) No.58 of 2025 is directed to be transferred from the Court of Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati Tripura forthwith.
The Transfer Petition is accordingly disposed of.
