Learned Counsel Mr. Dhruba Jyoti Saha, appears on behalf of the petitioner and seeks for withdrawing the writ petition on the ground that prior to issuing the order of the Court, original order of transfer has been stayed by the department.
Learned Addl. GA Mr. Mangal Debbarma, is present on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the submission made by Learned Counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of being not pressed by the petitioner with liberty to the petitioner, to file a fresh writ petition, if a new cause of action arises.
