ORDER
16.03.2026 Heard.
This application has been filed under 2nd proviso of Section 173 of the MV Act, 1988 for condoning delay of 134 days in filing the connected appeal. For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and the averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, delay caused in preferring the appeal is condoned and the same is ordered. In view of the same, this instant interlocutory application is allowed and thus disposed of.
