Heard Mr. U. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Sarma, learned Addl.G.A. appearing for the respondents-State.

It is seen from the record that the petitioner did not approach the concerned parties for availing the relief. It is also seen from the record that State is not the concerned party to grant relief prayed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays before this Court to take steps in accordance with law and procedure and to come up before this Court with correct pleadings and documents, he wants to withdraw this present petition. Request considered.

Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the concerned authority as per law. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
