Heard.
This present petition has been filed for granting special leave to file an appeal against the judgment/order dated 01.07.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, Court No.1, Agartala, West Tripura in case No. Special (NDPS) 130 of 2022.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and after going through the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that the matter requires further examination. Accordingly, the present criminal leave petition is hereby granted and the same stands disposed of.
