ORDER
26.02.2026 Heard learned counsel of both sides. By this interim application challenge has been made regarding the validity of the order dated 18.12.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar in case No.ST (Type-I) 34 of 2025 resorting to the provisions of Section 528 of the BNSS. By the said order, the learned Sessions Judge allowed the petition of the prosecution for custody trial of the accused person. Considered. The present petition will be treated as part of the connected bail application. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
