This application has been filed under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for correction of minor typographical error in the order dated 25.02.2026 passed by the Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court.
It is seen from the record that in para No.5 of the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in RFA 10 of 2022(DO) inadvertently a typographical error has been occurred. In the said paragraph, the case no. has been mentioned as M.S. 35 of 2026 instead of M.S 35 of 2016. Accordingly, the same shall be read as MS. 35 of 2016 in place of MS No. 35 of 2026. It is made clear that this order shall form part and parcel of the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in RFA 10 of 2022 (DO). Registry is directed to do the needful in this regard.
In view of the above, this instant interlocutory application stands disposed of and thus, the same is ordered.
