This Writ Appeal is preferred against the judgment dt. 15.03.2024 of the Learned Single Judge in WP(C)No.320 of 2023.
After matter was heard for a couple of occasions, the counsel for the Writ Petitioner/Respondent in the Writ Appeal states that the Writ Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition itself.
In view of the said submission, the Writ Appeal is disposed of recording that the counsel for the Respondent has withdrawn WP(C)320 of 2023 itself. Consequently, the Writ Appeal is infructuous.
