This Second Appeal against the order dt.09.12.2025 in Civil Misc. (Stay) No.04 of 2025 arising out of T.A. No.03 of 2025 on the file of the District Judge, Sepahijala District, Sonamura is not maintainable as such
Second Appeals can be filed under Section 100 CPC only against decree and final judgment in First Appeals under Section 96 CPC.
Therefore, the Appeal is dismissed.
