Learned Counsel, Mr. Kabrabam Dhirendra Singha is present on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Addl. P.P., Mr. Rajib Saha is present on behalf of the respondent-State.
This petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 11.08.2025 passed by Learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Khowai, Tripura in connection with case No.Crl. Revision 03 of 2025.
Heard both the sides at length.
At this stage, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he intends to withdraw the present petition.
Request is considered.
Accordingly, the instant criminal petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
