Learned Counsel, Mr. Subham Majumder appearing on behalf of the petitioner at this stage submitted that the suspension order issued against the petitioner has been revoked by the authority. As such, nothing survives in this writ petition.
Learned Addl. GA, Mr. Karnajit De appeared on behalf of the respondents-State and submitted a copy of order dated 11.12.2025 issued by the Directorate of Panchayats from which it appears that the suspension order issued against the petitioner has already been revoked by the respondents.
In view of the submissions made by Learned Counsels for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
The said order dated 11.12.2025 be kept in the record.
