When the case is called both sides present. Mr. N. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed the proceeding issued by the respondent indicating that the order passed by this Court has been complied with the same has also been taken on record.
Accordingly, the CC stands closed. As such, the presence of the officers namely, Mr. Hemanta Debbarma (ADM& Collector) and Muhammad Sajad P, IAS, District Magistrate and Collector, stands dispensed with.
However, it is left open for the petitioner that in the event, any circumstances warrant, the petitioner can always avail remedies in accordance with law.
