When the case is called both sides present. It has been represented at the Bar that the proceeding dated 24.12.2025 which according to the respondents, have complied with and the same is taken on record.
Accordingly, the CC stands closed. As such, the presence of the officers namely, Mr. Asit Kumar Das, TCS, Grade-I and Sri Animesh Dhar, SDM, Jirania, stands dispensed with.
However, it is left open for the petitioner that in the event, any circumstances warrant, the petitioner can always avail remedies in accordance with law.
