Since the petitioner can seek vacation of the interim order granted by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kamalpur in Case No.02/CC/KMP/2023, granting liberty to the petitioner to file such an application before the said Commission within two weeks, and directing the said Commission to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, this Revision is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
