Heard learned counsel of both sides. It appears that the petition for custodial trial of the accused petitioner was submitted on 03.11.2025 by the investigating officer before the learned trial Court and according to learned P.P., the petition is still pending. In view of above, learned Sessions Judge, Khowai Tripura is directed to dispose of the said petition first preferably by January, 2026. If any grievance persists to the petitioner thereafter, the liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
