This application has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in WA No.127/2024 on 15.12.2025.
In the said order, only two weeks’ time had been given to the respondents No.1 to 4 in the Writ Appeal for absorbing the applicant/appellant in the Scheduled Tribe vacant post of Basic Teacher.
Certain administrative difficulties have been pleaded in the application seeking extension of time.
Today on 05.02.2026, a notification dt.04.02.2026 has been produced by the learned Additional Government Advocate complying with the order passed in the Writ Appeal.
Therefore, the time granted in the order dt.15.12.2025 in WA No.127/2024 is extended till today, and the application is allowed.
IA stands disposed of.
