11.12.2025 Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
This application has been filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, 1963 for condoning the delay of 46 days in filing the connected appeal. For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and the averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, delay caused in preferring the appeal is condoned and the same is ordered. In view of the same, this instant interlocutory application is allowed and thus disposed of.
