Heard Learned Counsel, Ms. Sumi Datta appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Also heard Learned Dy. SGI, Mr. Bidyut Majumder appearing on behalf of the respondents-Union of India.

2

At this stage, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that she intends to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file the same to the appropriate forum.

Perused the record.

It appears that on 19.09.2025, Learned Dy. SGI drawn the attention of the Court that in view of the provision of Sub-section 1(a & c) of Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 read with the list of organization mentioned in appendix-VI and another circular re-designating the name of ‘Hindustan Latex Limited’ as ‘HLL LIFE CARE LIMITED’, the present writ petition is be filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal (for short, CAT). Accordingly, a scope was given to the petitioner to submit her contention.

Today, Learned Counsel for the petitioner urged before this Court to allow the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file the same before the respective CAT.

Request is considered.

The instant writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to file the same before the CAT.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed.
