This application has been filed under Chapter VIII Rule P of the Tripura High Court Rules, 2023 read with Section 151 of C.P.C for withdrawal of the Writ Petition No. 325 of 2025.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and the averments made out before this Court, this present application is allowed and thus, the same is ordered.
