ORDER
12.02.2026 Heard.
This application has been filed under Chapter V of the High Court Rules for releasing the awarded amount deposited by the Insurance Company in connection with MAC. App No. 32 of 2024. For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and the averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company as per procedure. Registry is directed to do the needful in this regard. In view of the same, this instant interlocutory application is allowed and thus disposed of.
