Learned Counsel Mr. S. Chowdhury is present for the petitioner. Learned Counsel Mr. R. Nath is present for the respondent. The petitioner has preferred this appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 20.03.2025 delivered by Learned Special Judge(NDPS), Sepahijala District, Bishalgarh in connection with case No. Special (NDPS) 12 of 2024. Along with the memo of appeal, another application under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C. is filed for granting special leave to appeal. No objection is raised by the respondent against the application for granting special leave to appeal.
