Order
Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties.
When the case is called, it is represented by Mr. S.M. Chakraborty, learned Advocate General that the order dated 22.05.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) 272 of 2025 has already been complied with and in this regard, affidavit dated 01.11.2025 has also been filed on behalf of respondent No.2. Since, both the sides have agreed that the order of this Court dated 22.05.2025 has been complied with, there survives nothing in the present case for adjudication.
In view of the above, the present contempt case is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
