This present application has been filed under Section-151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for disbursing the deposited amount to the applicant in terms of the judgment and order dated 14.07.2025 in MAC App.09 of 2024 passed by this Court.
In view of the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and upon hearing the submissions made at the Bar, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the counsel for the applicant giving entitlement to the applicant/claimant for withdrawal of the deposited amount as per procedure.
In view of above, the instant application stands allowed and disposed of.
