2. Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. Petitioner has questioned the action of the Authorities for laying gas pipeline on the Chuk road. It is contended that gas pipeline can only be taken through main road and not from the Chuk road.
4. This Court is not impressed by the contention raised on behalf of the petitioner. There is no law or policy shown to the Court, which supports the contention of the petitioner.
5. In such view of the matter, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
