Petitioners have challenged order dated 14.5.2026, passed by Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Haridwar, whereby issue no. 6 was decided against petitioners and it was held that the court fee paid by them is insufficient.
Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has remedy of appeal under Section 6A of Court Fees Act, 1870. This position is not disputed by petitioners’ Counsel.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. However, petitioners shall be at liberty to file appeal before appropriate forum.
