The Court made the following:

JUDGMENT: (per Sri Manoj Kumar Gupta, C.J.)

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.08.2026, passed by respondent No. 2, whereby the bid of the petitioner has been rejected in the technical round on the ground that the experience certificate furnished by the petitioner in form Tech-09 was not in accordance with the stipulations in the contract.

Mr. Puran Singh Bisht, learned Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State, has placed for our perusal an order whereby the contract in question has been cancelled and, also another letter by which fresh tenders have been invited for the same work.

In view of the said subsequent events, the challenged has been rendered infructuous.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply in pursuance of the fresh tender notice.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
