JUDGMENT:
The present application has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, for appointment of an Arbitrator for deciding the disputes between the parties arising out of Concession Agreement dated 23.06.2022.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem in stating that the parties, with their mutual agreement, have appointed a sole Arbitrator, who is already seized of the dispute.
Accordingly, the present application is rejected as infructuous.
