1. Ms. Prabha Naithani, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher in Government Primary School, Garur, District Bageshwar. However, she is presently attached in a School at Haldwani since 2024.

4. According to petitioner, her husband is critically ill, therefore, she may be transferred permanently to somewhere at Haldwani.

5. Learned State Counsel, however submits that if petitioner has any grievance regarding her transfer, then she can make representation to the Competent Authority.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation to the Competent Authority, which is on record as Annexure 9 to the writ petition. She prayed that the Competent Authority

7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation submitted by petitioner, within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
