2. According to petitioner, suit for divorce filed by him in 2023, has not been decided. According to him, the suit was originally filed before Family Court at Haridwar; however, on a petition for transfer, the said suit was transferred to Family Court at Haldwani and now numbered as O.S. No. 484 of 2025.
4. Having regard to the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with request to Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the suit as early as possible.
