By means of the present anticipatory bail application, applicant seeks anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with F.I.R./ Case Crime No.122 of 2026, under Sections 3, 5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, registered at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar.

3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that applicant is ready to surrender before the court concerned.

4. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it.

5. In such view of the matter, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the Court concerned on or before 21.09.2026. Till then, the applicant shall not be arrested provided he cooperates with the investigation.
